Job description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:
- Manage and maintain the executive's Outlook calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Handle correspondence, including drafting emails and letters
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Transcribe notes and meeting minutes accurately
- Conduct internet research as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations

Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook for calendar management
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle calls professionally
- Basic clerical skills such as filing, data entry, and proofreading
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Proficient in using Google Suite for document management
