Personal Assistant / House Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented House Manager and Personal Assistant to help oversee the daily operations of multiple residential properties (in and out of Texas). The House Manager will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating events, and providing exceptional customer service to residents and guests. This is a full-time position that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities: - Run daily errands for owners and guests, help to manage and maintain the ranch and other travel calendars, including scheduling appointments, events, and activities - Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and other household needs. Maintain inventory of household supplies and manage procurement as needed - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the property - Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and discretion - Provide administrative support, such as proofreading documents and transcribing notes. You will be asked from time to time to watch over residences (house sit) as well as occasionally feed the animals. Some travel is required to assist with out of state residences and other business travel.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
