We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Need to be proficient in Excel and Social Media. MUST HAVE CAR.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage cleaners calendar for multiple properties.
- Check houses before airbnb guests arrive.
- Assist with organization of supplies, purchase supplies and deliver to corresponding houses.
- Make sure houses are up to date and no issues.
- Perform general administrative duties, and help as needed.
```Qualifications```
- Proficient in calendar management software and tools
- Familiarity with Excel
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic financial tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
