Personal Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:
- Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the employer
- Organize and maintain files and documents
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, typing, and filing
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Assist with personal errands as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Apple Devices
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures. Experience in fashion online
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed/ Experience in E-commerce platforms as Shopify.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $16.42 - $19.77 per hour
