We are looking for a very outgoing and reliable Executive/Personal Assistant. Our owner is a serial entrepreneur with 4 companies across several sectors: from Real Estate Development/Design to Construction to Hotel Management to Brick and Mortar in Orange County, California. Candidates should be prepared to work in a very fast paced environment, be highly proactive, and very well organized.

Job Responsibilities:
Your job will be everything from organizing the office, personal management tasks, greeting new clients, to putting together proposals and researching real estate deals. You will run errands to different locations and be interfacing with staff across all companies. Personal help with home and office. You must be extremely organized. Every day will bring new challenges.
Must be open to run personal errands for the owner and have a valid driver’s license.
Must be a lot of energy and be a self-motivated type of person.
This is a very eclectic type of position and very fast paced.
30-40 hours a week

Must pass background check, no drugs etc.
Hourly-$25 to $40 per hour depending on experience, knowledge.
