Personal Executive Assistant

Looking for a Personal Assistant who can:

1) organize and file
2) answer texts and emails daily
3) Go to job sites and check on work
4) sit for inspections
5) Multi task and very well versed with EXCEL and WORD (not looking to train someone how to use MICROSOFT PLEASE)
6) Able to run errands both personal and business
- Able to run out to grab something of importance or submit a permit during the day
7) reconcile rental payments
8) very responsible, neat and responsive

Position is local in Old Bridge, NJ.

Places traveling to:

Old Bridge, Elizabeth, South Amboy, Perth Amboy, Jamesburg, Monroe etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• On call

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
• Administrative Experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Old Bridge, NJ 08857: Relocate before starting work (Required)
