The Personal/Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to management and ensure the smooth operation of daily tasks in a small business setting.
This role involves offering personal assistance, including but not limited to; running errands, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information and office duties to enhance the efficiency of the management team.
Responsibilities:
· Handle personal tasks and errands for management, maintaining a high level of efficiency, confidentiality and professionalism.
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to management.
· Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
· Prepare and organize meetings, including agenda creation and minute taking.
· Assist in managing communication, including emails and phone calls.
· Conduct research and compile data for various reports and presentations.
· Organize and maintain files and records.
· Perform general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
Education and Knowledge:
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
· Two years of experience as an executive or personal assistant or similar role.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficient in Google/MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information.
· Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
· Proactive problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
