Busy Construction Company looking for a competent Executive/Personal Assistant to help with the organization and running of daily administrative operations and manage COO's personal affairs.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
1. Acting as receptionist
· Answer phones and make follow up calls to leads and customers
2. Scheduling
· Schedule estimate appointments, jobs, & meetings
3. Data Entry
· Update customer files & jobs and enter notes in database
4. Organizing
· Create & maintain customer folders
· Scan receipts and documents
5. Send invoices & contracts to customers
6. Manage COO calendar & schedule
7. Support staff with organizational tasks.
8. Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars (business and personal)
9. Shopping/Running business & personal errands as necessary
Reports to: Chief Operations Officer

- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- Administrative Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
