I am a busy, creative female, owner of several businesses looking for an off-the-charts personal assistant. The ideal candidate thrives on discerning and ruthlessly clearing a pathway from chaos to order and realizes that what they do is a reflection of who they are.
Your qualities: energetic, self-starter, self-managing, positive, diligent, focused, committed, hard working, able to leap tall buildings in a single bound.
Your abilities: superb communication skills, problem solving abilities, able to write (know and can debate about the oxford comma), more organized than I am, staying on point, social media, Microsoft and / or Adobe Suite knowledge, marketing a plus.
The work: communicating with clients & vendors via the phone and email, moving projects forward, research, some website work, some social media, errands, creative input, event work in the evenings, etc.
Evening event work as well for extra money. I start later in the day. It would be great if you did too. I am fond of people who have done work in the film industry or have server experience.
I am in the East Village. My business is in Nomad. My preference is people who like to work for small businesses rather than big corporations. We are in the middle of a business expansion. It is all amazing, but be prepared for a ton of work!
You must live in NYC currently- this is not a remote job, nor do I want to wait for you to move here.
$18-$20/hr. Estimated yearly $40-50k incl. event work and bonuses. Please include a writing sample with your resume!
