Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:

• Masterful Payroll Processing: Assure accurate payroll deductions, process payroll transactions, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Compliance Champion: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, staying up to date with tax laws and regulations.
• Collaborative Partner: Connect with Payroll Departments in other Business Units to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
• Project Leadership: Lead payroll-related projects to enhance processes and support the company's growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business field or a minimum of 3+ years' work experience in HR, benefits, and/or payroll.
• Expertise in multi-state payroll processing and familiarity with relevant regulations.
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in payroll software and HRIS.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
