Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Collecting and uploading payroll data into the ADP system, inputting new employee information, and maintaining payroll records. Collaboration with ADP is essential for updating union calculations, resolving discrepancies, and providing payroll information. Reports summarizing earnings, taxes, and deductions are prepared regularly, along with weekly and monthly union benefits. Additionally, the team assists with employee audits, injury reporting, and reconciliations. They play a crucial role in audits, month-end closing, and supporting various departmental initiatives, all while adhering to GAAP and internal control policies.
Skills & Abilities:
1-3 years of experience
ADP Workforce Now experience
Advances MS Excel skills
