3Q Investments, located in Lancaster, is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our small team! This is a new part-time position with a hybrid work schedule. 3Q Investments is the parent company of four rapidly growing, manufacturing subsidiaries.
Responsibilities:
- Process and record weekly and biweekly payroll with a high level of accuracy and timely processing
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and resolve any issues or discrepancies
- Help streamline processes and procedures
- Work on special projects with the team
- Provide back-up for AR/AP Data entry as needed
- Provide back-up for Employee Support as needed
Requirements:
- Previous payroll experience required
- QuickBooks experience recommended
- Inova/UKG Ready experience helpful
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Maintain strict confidentiality
