Job Qualifications:
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
- Familiarity with tax laws and compliance.
- Proficiency in payroll and billing software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process accurate and timely payroll transactions, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and submit payroll tax reports.
- Administer employee benefits programs and handle related deductions.
- Manage timekeeping systems and verify employee work hours.
- Generate client invoices based on contracts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Reconcile payroll and billing records with general ledger accounts.
- Compile and generate regular reports for management on payroll and billing.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for payroll and billing activities.
- Communicate effectively with employees and clients regarding inquiries.
- Utilize payroll and billing software for transaction processing and record-keeping.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
