Job Qualifications:

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal payroll regulations.
• Familiarity with tax laws and compliance.
• Proficiency in payroll and billing software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.

Job Responsibilities:

• Process accurate and timely payroll transactions, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and submit payroll tax reports.
• Administer employee benefits programs and handle related deductions.
• Manage timekeeping systems and verify employee work hours.
• Generate client invoices based on contracts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Reconcile payroll and billing records with general ledger accounts.
• Compile and generate regular reports for management on payroll and billing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for payroll and billing activities.
• Communicate effectively with employees and clients regarding inquiries.
• Utilize payroll and billing software for transaction processing and record-keeping.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
