- This position is full-time in office at our corporate head quarters in West Chester, PA.
A day in the life of a Tier 1Payroll Support Specialist may vary, but you can always count on:
- Being the primary contact for processing our client's payrolls and providing online Payroll Support
- Guaranteeing payrolls are processed timely and accurately
- Processing new hires, changes, deductions, etc. for the clients
- Provide technical support, answer questions, and troubleshoot any issues
- Completing adjustments, as needed, to help with tax compliance
- Assisting with quarterly and annual reporting requirement
