Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Clerk to join our finance team. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for our employees, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations, and maintaining accurate records of all payroll transactions.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. They should also have excellent numerical and data entry skills, as well as a deep understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience as a Payroll Clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and processes.
