Harmony Chiropractic is looking for a rockstar Patient Experience Coordinator who is passionate about wellness and helping families achieve healthier lifestyles.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is confident, a quick learner, loves interacting with people, and would be comfortable learning our patient database and CRM software quickly and easily.

You must have an amazing, energetic, and empathetic phone voice and personality for this position!

Role:

Patient Experience Coordinator

The Patient Experience Coordinator is focused on lead nurturing and guiding our patients through a perfect client experience. You will handle all things at the front desk of our busy chiropractic office. Your job is to make sure that new leads, prospects, and current patients have an amazing five star experience, and fall in love with our office, our culture, and our brand.

Responsibilities:

Phone intake and in person scheduling of appointments

Ability to know and communicate our Core Promise

Entering data into our ChiroTouch software with attention to detail

Organize, update, and keep our CRM immaculate

Schedule all new incoming leads

Process transactions and initiate payment on patient accounts and supplement sales

Provide an amazing 5 star experience to each and every customer

Answer questions on the phone and via our texting platform in a professional and timely manner

Create excitement for the patient’s first visit

Maintain a consistent and repeatable experience for all patients

Work Shifts:

Mornings Shifts Monday/Wednesday/Friday

7:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Afternoon Shifts Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday

2:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
