YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As the Senior Accountant for Zegna, you will play a key role within the Finance group and works with the Finance staff and report to the Controller.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
As the Senior Accountant for Zegna, you will play a key role within the Finance group and works with the Finance staff and report to the Controller.
HOWY YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Month- and Quarter-end Close: Take a leading role in executing the month-end and quarter-end closing processes, including account reconciliations, posting and reviewing journal entries.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statement submission to parent company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Internal Controls: Establish, improve upon, and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure SOX compliance.
- Staff Development: Coach and develop accounting associates.
- Audit Support: Serve as a point of contact for external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits, providing documentation and support as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency, implementing improvements as appropriate.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to support financial needs and provide insights to drive business decisions.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, leveraging financial expertise to contribute to the company's strategic objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
- 3+ years of related experience; CPA and Big 4 experience are a plus.
- Strong computer skills; SAP experience a plus
- Ability to manage and organize large amounts of information with strong attention to accuracy and detail.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and concurrent tasks while remaining results and deadline driven.

- The hiring range for this position ranges from $100,000-$110,000 annually. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
