Job description
LEAD PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
A well-established Plastic Surgery practice in the area is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for a full-time position to represent them on the telephone and in person when greeting cosmetic patients.
Our team consists of two board certified plastic surgeons, nurses, medical assistants, front desk associates, and aestheticians. We are looking for another great team member to become a part of our growing practice family. We specialize in surgical procedures of the face, body, and all breast procedures. The most common procedures are facelift, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, and liposuction with tummy tuck. In addition, there is a medical spa to provide a variety of non-surgical aesthetic enhancements. The practice continues to grow rapidly.
The practice will hire a motivated and experienced individual in aesthetic medicine, who is comfortable talking to patients about cosmetic procedures. This position is often the initial contact for patients; therefore, it is vital to set a positive tone so patients have an exceptional experience.
Our employees enjoy the work because of the positive change they bring to other people’s lives. The practice believes in a ‘red-carpet’ experience for our patients.
If you are looking to join a well-established, highly regarded team that feels like a family, and you want to create a difference in other people’s lives, please apply. We look forward to hearing from you.
