We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Accountant to join our growing finance team. The Accountant will play a critical role in the day-to-day financial operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial reporting and management. This role will manage our equity, property, plant & equipment, intangibles, direct/ indirect tax reconciliations, account receivable and report to the Head Accounting Manager.

This will be an individual contributor position.
What you'll do:
- Oversee the Order-to-Cash process, encompassing order management, commissions calculations, billing, payment processing, receivables outreach, credit limit oversight, reconciliation, reporting and revenue recognition.
- Assist with the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Manage Treasury and Bank Account oversight, ensuring effective cash flow management and bank reconciliations.
- Consolidate and report financial information, providing insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FP&A,Tax, IT, Legal, Sales, and Supply Chain, to support business processes.
- Independently review and dissect complex contracts.
- Participate in the development and implementation of financial reporting initiatives to accelerate the close process and enhance overall financial reporting.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators related to financial operations.
- Prepare and own monthly balance sheet reconciliations and flux analysis.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with external audit requirements.
- Engage in ad-hoc projects and analysis as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges.

Requirements
We would love to have you on our team if you have:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance; CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role, with a minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in NetSuite accounting software and Floqast is a plus
- Experience independently reviewing and dissecting complex contracts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to accuracy and a high degree of integrity.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and tax laws.
