What You’ll Do:

Be the warm welcome that greets our clients, making them feel pampered and special from the moment they step into our spa.

Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow that maximizes client satisfaction and spa operations.

Provide detailed information about our services and treatments, helping clients make informed decisions.

Handle client queries with empathy and professionalism, offering solutions that exceed expectations.

Maintain meticulous records of client consultations and treatments, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Collaborate with our team of experts to ensure a seamless client journey, from initial contact to follow-up care.

Who You Are:

A people person with a flair for customer service, who loves making others feel cared for and special.

Highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for juggling multiple tasks seamlessly.

A clear communicator, both verbally and in writing, who can convey information effectively and warmly.

A problem-solver who approaches challenges with positivity and poise.

Previous experience in a medical spa, clinic, or customer service role is a plus, but not a deal-breaker. We’re looking for the right blend of attitude and aptitude.
