Senior Accountant

Job Responsibilities:
- Own monthly close activities, including preparation of accruals, amortizations, and revenue recognition entries.
- Work cross-functionally to provide insights to other departments; leverage financial data to drive decision-making and collaboration.
- Maintain all appropriate Balance Sheet schedules and support throughout the year.
- Own International entity accounting and reporting, including analysis and budgeting.
- Analyze and report on various general ledger accounts
- Collaborate with key teams, including AP, Operations, HR, and IT, to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
- Ensure data integrity by reconciling third-party platforms to ERP.
- Identify and implement best practices to support fiscal management and controls.
- Assist with special projects as needed - e.g., analyze and track profitability of international business locations; analyze gross margin by comparing to budget and understanding areas of opportunity for improvement

- Experience: 3+ years’ experience, CPG knowledge a plus.
- Computer Skills: NetSuite experience preferred.
- Certificates, Licenses, registrations: CPA desired.

Job Details:
- Location: Hybrid/Remote - (Travel to Milford, CT brewery once per week).

- Salary range $85,000 - $115,000/ year - Commensurate with experience - Base salary and opportunities for performance bonuses.
