**This is a hybrid position. Open to applicants in the Greater New York City, Connect, and Boston area***

Job Responsibilities:

• Own monthly close activities, including preparation of accruals, amortizations, and revenue recognition entries.
• Work cross-functionally to provide insights to other departments; leverage financial data to drive decision-making and collaboration.
• Maintain all appropriate Balance Sheet schedules and support throughout the year.
• Own International entity accounting and reporting, including analysis and budgeting.
• Analyze and report on various general ledger accounts
• Collaborate with key teams, including AP, Operations, HR, and IT, to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
• Ensure data integrity by reconciling third-party platforms to ERP.
• Identify and implement best practices to support fiscal management and controls.
• Assist with special projects as needed - e.g., analyze and track profitability of international business locations; analyze gross margin by comparing to budget and understanding areas of opportunity for improvement

Skills and Experience:

• Experience: 3+ years’ experience, CPG knowledge a plus.
• Computer Skills: NetSuite experience preferred.
• Certificates, Licenses, registrations: CPA desired.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree

Job Details:

• Location: Hybrid/Remote - (Travel to Milford, CT brewery once per week).
• **This is a hybrid position. Open to applicants in the Greater New York City, Connect, and Boston area***
• Salary range $85,000 - $115,000/ year - Commensurate with experience - Base salary and opportunities for performance bonuses.
