WPM is looking for an energetic, friendly, and industrious individual to join our Hopkins House/Guilford Manor team as a Part Time Administrative Assistant. This position will run May through September. Based in Baltimore City, this person will be expected to maintain a strong customer service/satisfaction policy. Previous experience in customer service is required; administrative experience is a plus.
***Starting hourly rate $15.00***
In this role, your essential functions will include:
- Answering phone calls/emails
- Greeting visitors
- Assisting residents/guests with pool passes
- Routine clerical and administrative tasks
- Other duties as assigned
