Our firm is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the activities of our tax preparation, tax resolution, and business support services. This is a part-time day shift position for up to 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide administrative support to our CEO
- Provide a high-level of customer service to our clients
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Enter data in various programs
- Gather documentation from clients to prepare files
- Ensure the confidentiality of each client by following all company procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as typing, filing, and sorting data skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word or Google Sheets and Docs
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent organizational skills
This is a part-time day position
