Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proficient Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will require excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with business travel bookings, creating reports, managing calendars, and planning events for the CEO and VP.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and book business travel arrangements for executives.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Create and maintain reports using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Assist with planning and coordinating company events and meetings.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
- Perform general office duties as needed.
This is an in-person role in the headquarters in Arlington, VA.
Requirements:
- Proficient in English (written and verbal communication).
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
