Purchasing Clerk/Receiver
- Requirements:
- Proficient in English
- Knowledge of food and beverage products (produce, wine/beer, meats, seafood, etc)
- Must have a "food handler" certification
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Professional with a strong work ethic
- Daily Operations
- Receive deliveries at the dock
- Review and count items delivered
- Stock storeroom
- Assist with month-end physical inventory counts
- Daily cleaning within the storeroom
- Deliver food and beverage to outlets throughout the property
Deliver guest packages as necessary
