We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to bring one of our partner Evalution Firms to new heights. - FinTech Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the FinTech industry and a track record of implementing innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar executive leadership role, preferably within the financial services industry.

- Demonstrated success in scaling a startup or business unit.
- Exit Experience: Preferably have experience leading a startup through a successful exit or acquisition.
Education and Experience:

Extensive experience in executive leadership roles, preferably within the financial services industry.

At Easton Tech, we offer a structured career progression with distinct levels, each representing increasing responsibility and expertise. Our levels are as follows: Analyst, Associate, Director, Vice President, and Executive.
Location: Remote, preferably US-based
Start Date: Immediately
Schedule: Our core salaried team is online 8 am - 5 pm EST with a 1-hour lunch break.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $300,000 base with variable equity compensation, up to 2.5%, based on a combination of time-based, milestone-based, and liquidation event vesting schedules. Base salary and equity compensation will be based on an individual candidate's experience and skill set. On the equity side, we are looking for candidates with prior experience with exits in a similar industry.
Additionally, US-based W2 employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and benefits, including health care and PTO.
