Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a part-time Administrative Assistant, to work in the office, for a company in the far Westend of Richmond, Virginia, contract-to-hire. This will be working 20 to 25 hours a week with increased hours as needed.
Duties include answering phones to including routing calls or taking messages, maintain files, coordinate monthly meetings, process and coordinate mail, maintain office supplies and equipment, assistant team members with other administrative duties as needed.
Ideal candidate will have a 2+ years of administrative experience to include ability to type 60 wpm, organized, strong oral and written communication skills, and proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Contract Pay: $20 an hour to $22 an hour
Permanent Pay: $22 an hour to $24 an hour
