LOCATION/HOURS
This is apart-time, hybridposition based out of our New York Cityoffice. It is expected that some duties will be performed on-site at least 2-days a week, and some remotely, with the understanding that government and public health guidelines will help determine the extent to which it is safe to carry out in-person and onsite activities.
All candidates must be within commutable distance of SEO's offices at 55 Exchange Place, New York, NY 10005, upon hire.

SEO Scholars is a free eight-year academic program that gets low-income public high school students to and through college. In college, we continue to support students through each of their four years, providing one-on-one academic, personal and career exploration support. Position Overview & Responsibilities
The Operations Administrative Assistant provides technical support to the College Scholars department operational functions. The role will provide primary support with student transcript collection, virtual event logistics, and data-entry. This role will also be assigned other tasks and projects as needed. Work schedule is up to 29 hours a week, January 15, 2024, through August 31, 2024.
- Assist with the timely collection, tracking, and processing of student transcripts and GPA stipend data in Salesforce.
- Support preparation and execution of virtual and in-person event logistics
- Collect college and internship information from online sources.
- Organize and clean up historical student data and prepare for import into Salesforce.
- Utilize Salesforce systems, and additional technology platforms such as Zoom, BOX, HubSpot, Canva, Typeform, Form Assembly, DocuSign, Google apps, among others
- Organize program supplies and ship materials to Scholars
- Maintain confidentiality of information exposed to during data entry regarding students
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in maintaining accurate records and tracking projects with multiple tasks and phases
- Highly detail-oriented and organized approach to tasks while able to meet competing deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written, interpersonal (Zoom and in-person)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive
- Must be data driven, familiarity with Salesforce a plus

COMPENSATION
The compensation listed in this posting reflects what SEO believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and SEO reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
