Greater New York Hospital Association (GNYHA) is a trade association located in New York City representing more than 200 hospitals, health systems, and continuing care facilities in New York State, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.

We are seeking a recent college graduate to work in a fast-paced environment in an entry level administrative role for a senior executive. This position, although administrative in nature, has proven to be a great stepping stone for recent college grads seeking a career in healthcare. This is a full-time onsite position.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates events with hospitals and other healthcare organizations.
- Organizes and assists in various projects, reports, and daily operations.
- Prepares expense reports and correspondence.
- Manages calendar and provides phone support.
- Works on special projects as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience providing administrative support to C-level executives within a corporate environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and mail mergers.
- Proficient with Zoom for coordinating video conferences.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to deal with all levels of management.
- Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities.
- Flexible to work overtime.
- Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stay poised and professional under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000
The salary range listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement. When determining exact compensation, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of relevant experience, education, skills, budget, and internal equity).
