Operations Coordinator Responsibilities
Accounting:
- Accounts Receivable entry
- Accounts Payable entry
- Generate customer statements
- Generate weekly AR reports for past due invoices
- Assist financial team with month-end close
- Maintain fixed asset list and coordinate GL Journal entries
Inventory Management:
- Assist with physical inventory count for month-end close
Daily Reporting
- Daily Production reporting
- Review daily bagging reports and update finished goods inventory (Build assemblies)
Shipping
- Reconciliation and data entry of purchase orders and BOL's
- Invoice freight movements and submit shipping documentation to customers for payment processing
Other Administrative Support
- Maintain titles for all trailers
- Maintain accurate documentation of all trucks and trailers
- Maintain accurate documentation of Tollway Transponders
- Track and coordinate vehicle registration renewals
- Coordinate tax submissions of vehicle use tax, etc.
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Operations Coordinator Skills and Qualifications:
- High School degree required
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel required: formulas and functions, generate and maintain reports, etc
- Technologically adept and able to navigate an array of online portals with ease required
- Above average skills in communication both oral and written
- Above average skills in organization and attention to detail
- Demonstrates ability to work as a team
- Demonstrates the ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Previous experience in manufacturing office and/or accounting preferred
