Job Description
Our company is currently seeking an Office Manager Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for seven (7) companies.
Responsibilities:
- Billing Invoices for A/R
- Recording & Paying Bills for A/P
- Process Weekly Payroll
- Payroll & Sales Tax Deposits and Reporting
- Generate Intercompany Journal Entries
- Maintain Employee Records / Registration with State
- Maintain Drug Free Workplace Certification
- Reconcile G/L & Bank Accounts
- Supervise Office Staff
- Provide Support / Status Reports to Management
- Generate Month End Financials
- Assist with multiline phone system
- Deal with Customers' Accounts & Communicating Service Orders
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Quickbooks Accounting
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
