The Office Manager is entrusted with the responsibility of carry out daily tasks and assigned duties. The primary purpose of your position is to manage accounts payable, deposits, cashier accountability and payroll for a powersports dealership.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE:
Account Payable
- Receive and post dealership invoices into Dealership Management System (DMS).
- Remit payments to AP vendors.
Deposits
- Maintain company cash accounts.
- Account for deposits and disbursements.
Cashier Accountability
- Audit daily cash deposits for accuracy.
- Audit daily orders received.
Payroll
- Prepare bi-weekly payroll payments and reporting.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Business Hours: Tuesday – Thursday, 10AM-7PM, Friday – Saturday, 10AM-5PM. This position can be partially remote and is not required to operate inside of dealership business hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
