Bookkeeping Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable and Receivables.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Record, prepare and file Sales and Use tax returns, and local government filings.
- Assist with year-end closing processes.
- Generate financial reports and statements as needed.
- Track commissions due.
Other Responsibilities
- Maintaining insurance coverages.
- Maintain subscriptions to 3rd party safety compliance agencies.
- Liaison between customers and staff.
- Maintain the Field Service Schedule
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a bookkeeper/accounting.
- Proficiency in using QuickBooks accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills.
- Ability to multitask while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passing a Drug Screening and Background Check.
Compensation
$55,000.00 - $ 65,000.00 annually (paid biweekly)
