A private, worldwide analytical laboratory and consulting firm is seeking a hard-working Office Coordinator with data entry experience for a full-time position. Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.
General Requirements:
1. High school diploma + 1 year experience in administrative work required
2. IT literate (eg. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
3. Detail oriented
4. Well organized
5. Effective communicator
6. Vision sufficient to read computer printed or handwritten documents and machine displays
7. Speech and hearing sufficient to communicate by phone or in person
8. Mobility sufficient to move throughout the work site
9. Physical ability to remain stationary at work post for long periods of time
10. Must be highly motivated, detail oriented, and be able to work efficiently
11. Must be able to use documentation practices equivalent to Good Documentation Practices
12. Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently
13. Must accept responsibility and manage tasks to completion
14. Must be able to work alone as well as in a team environment
Responsibilities:
15. Answers phones
16. Assists clients with inquiries
17. Data entry with a high degree of accuracy
18. Preparing and sending client reports
19. Invoices clients & Collects Payment
20. Maintains client records
21. Continually strives to improve office processes and procedures
22. Ensuring the protection of customers’ confidential information and proprietary rights, including procedures for protecting the electronic storage and transmission of results
23. Performs other duties as assigned by Laboratory Manager

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
