Office Coordinator

Office and Production Administrator

Starting Pay is $16-$19/hr. Hours are M-F 8:00am -11:00am. Extended hours may be offered in the busy season.

Primary Duties

• Answering phone calls and delivering messages
• Scheduling shipping and receiving appointments
• Creating bill of ladings and assisting with trucking paperwork
• Following up with new employees regarding their training progress
• Assisting in managing production, safety, and quality programs
• Scheduling meetings and interviews with prospective employees
• Reviewing and editing SSOPS for production.
• Maintaining inventory and ordering office and production supplies.
• Assistance in customer account management.
• Order management for this location.

Required Qualifications

• A good attitude and friendly composition
• Proficient in Microsoft programs
• Knowledge of a manufacturing setting
• 1-2 years office experience

Qualifications Nice to Have

• Food defense and safety knowledge.
• Ability to perform public speaking.
• Knowledge of the cheese and dairy industry.
• Purchasing/Order management experience
