Office and Production Administrator
Starting Pay is $16-$19/hr. Hours are M-F 8:00am -11:00am. Extended hours may be offered in the busy season.
Primary Duties
- Answering phone calls and delivering messages
- Scheduling shipping and receiving appointments
- Creating bill of ladings and assisting with trucking paperwork
- Following up with new employees regarding their training progress
- Assisting in managing production, safety, and quality programs
- Scheduling meetings and interviews with prospective employees
- Reviewing and editing SSOPS for production.
- Maintaining inventory and ordering office and production supplies.
- Assistance in customer account management.
- Order management for this location.
Required Qualifications
- A good attitude and friendly composition
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
- Knowledge of a manufacturing setting
- 1-2 years office experience
Qualifications Nice to Have
- Food defense and safety knowledge.
- Ability to perform public speaking.
- Knowledge of the cheese and dairy industry.
- Purchasing/Order management experience
