Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is looking for an amazing Rehab Office Coordinator to join our team serving aging adults in Wausau. This is a part time position with a Monday - Friday schedule. We need someone with excellent organizational abilities who is willing to be part of a team. Excellent customer service skills and a willingness to help aging adults are also keys to success in this position.

Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or its equivalent.

Physical Characteristics:
- Have ability to lift at least 40 pounds using appropriate biomechanical techniques, push wheelchairs frequently (multiple times per hour/per day) throughout the course of an eight (8) hour day, and have the ability to walk, bend, stand, and reach safely and independently during that same day.
- Have ability to speak, hear, and see (near and far) sufficiently enough to evaluate, diagnose, and monitor patient needs, maintain accurate records, recognize people, provide directions, drive to various sites, identify pieces of equipment, and communicate with patients and team members.
- Have fine motor skills to effectively and efficiently handle therapeutic equipment and document treatment provided on electronic devices.
- Have endurance to work eight-hour days with a half hour lunch break. Ability to participate in sustained activity for up to four hours at a time.
