Dental Front Office/ Patient Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the front office operations of the dental office
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate with dental providers to ensure efficient patient flow and timely delivery of services
- Manage patient records, including updating information and maintaining confidentiality
- Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance coverage
- Collect payments and provide accurate financial information to patients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental office setting is required-Previous experience as a Dental Assistant/Hygienist a plus!
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional patient service
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
