POSITION: Safety Office Coordinator
HOURS: Monday – Friday, flexible between 7 am and 5 pm.

As a Safety Office Associate, you’ll help the Safety and Security Director with a variety of general duties to ensure our Downtown office, Distribution Center, and Screen Print Facility are safe for associates. Under the supervision and mentorship of the Safety and Security Director, the Safety Office Associate is responsible for assisting with administrative tasks for the area’s safety program.
Here’s what a typical day might look like. Other duties may be assigned.
- Track training, signature sheets, filing paper and electronically (where applicable)
- General filing including safety inspections
- Assist with the planning and promotion of monthly safety programs, training and events
- Coordinate purchasing for the Distribution Center
- Maintain and update physical job requirement forms
- Assist with facility safety inspections
- Coordinate first responder training
- Collaborate with multiple departments
- Ability to take on additional responsibilities.
- Utilizes databases, spreadsheets, and other software related to training, compliance and purchasing.
- Coordinate with the Safety and Security Director in preparing and publishing meeting Safety minutes and agendas. Responsible for managing conference rooms, meeting preparations and making appropriate meeting notifications. Coordinate and/or presents at meetings.
- Assists the Safety and Security Director with preparing, processing and reconciling monthly expenditures, and filing reports. Track purchasing approvals and processes invoice payments within established guidelines and procedures.

- Deal tactfully and courteously when explaining the functions and policies of the department to team members and outside parties.
- Ability to gain knowledge of field EH&S representative position
Required education/skills/experience:
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- One (1) year of full-time general office support experience
- Experience in a production environment preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Able to type a minimum of 35 WPM and proofread a variety of documents and materials
- OSHA and First Aid/CPR Certification
- Training will be provided if individual does not possess these certification.

- Associates working 8 hours will get one 20-minute break (or two 10 min breaks).
- Associates working 10 hours will get 25 min lunch (or one 15 min and one 10 min break).
- Work will be performed at 4imprint, Oshkosh.
