Office Assistant/Receptionist

Duties:

- Organize and schedule appointments
- Maintain contact lists
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors

- Microsoft excel; Basic usage of the program, merging cells, creating formulas, formatting table, Updating nutrition panels

- Adobe Creative Cloud: Editing product photos in Photoshop, creating PDF's Illustrator; Basic usage of programs, moving images, adding text, changing colors, etc. Editing Menus

Creating Flyers

Experience:

- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

This Office Assistant position requires proficiency in transcribing, computerizing data, office procedures, project coordination, clerical tasks, office management, calendar management, and receptionist duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.91 per hour
