Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, and assisting with customer support. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain files, both physical and electronic
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings.
- Provide customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist with project coordination by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, copying, and scanning documents
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide general clerical support as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
