Primary Responsibilities: Overall Office Management: Includes day to day such as time sheets, billing, ordering supplies, editing letters and documents, greeting clients and receiving mail and packages from messengers, ordering lunch for group meetings, printing documents from emails, light set up duties re: kitchen and conference rooms.
Qualifications: Computer skills required, LAW FIRM experience, proficient in Word and document management as well as time entry program.
Example of responsibilities:
Coordinate office operations;
Draft and revise documents for attorneys;
Maintain attorney time; appointments/calendars, marketing and travel arrangements;
Interact with clients, draft correspondence, and perform other administrative duties.
