- Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, planning travel, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions
- Assist with Facilities work orders, invoices, paperwork
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Organize and coordinate office operations effectively and in timely manner
- Assist Managing Partners with personal and company related requests
- Manage calendars for teams’ meetings and travel arrangements for Partners
- Assist accounting and vendors with requests in regard to the payments, invoices
- Keep the kitchen and cleaning supplies, snacks in stock
- Act as a liaison between all the departments in the company
- Manage, plan and bring ideas for company team building events
- Follow the company budget for the office expenses
- Successful completion of any ad hoc requests/projects
- Bilingual: English/Russian
