In-Person, Part-Time Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Immigration law office looking for an IN PERSON, part-time, bright, committed administrative assistant to work in a fast paced, small office environment in our Framingham location. Must be fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese, friendly, detail-oriented and reliable. Our firm handles all aspects of immigration law. Qualified applicants must have strong organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. They should also have strong people skills and be able to remain calm in a sometimes stressful environment. Basic computer skills are also required. Responsibilities include answering calls and responding to messages, filing and other administrative tasks, including possible light form preparation. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
