Office Assistant/Data Entry-Part-Time
Small national based wholesale picture frame company is looking for an individual who can work afternoons from 12:00pm to 5:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday with additional days and hours a possibility.
This is an entry level position, and will train. Fast paced company is looking for an individual who can multi-task and enjoys data entry, assisting walk in customers, general office duties and is detailed orientated
Knowledge of basic math for completing tasks of invoicing and credit card sales. Must be familiar with the internet, and using multi screens. Great opportunity for art student, photographer or picture framer.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Internet Shipping small packages UPS/USPS. You will be entering the information and completing the shipping labels.
- Running internet cash/credit card sales for orders. Completing the invoice and making sure the totals balance.
- Data entering orders and distributing them to warehouse.
- Updating log sheets, entering tracking numbers, accountability for all shipped orders.
- Maintaining emails and internet orders
- General office responsibilities
NECESSARY SKILLS:
- Data Entry Skills, or good at keyboarding
- Some knowledge of internet UPS/USPS shipping services
- Self motivated to complete tasks
- Word and/ or Excel skills an asset to work the daily spreed sheets
- Picture framing, photography or any form or art skills an asset

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
