Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Coordinator. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and supporting the efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Monday - Friday 10am-3pm
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate and schedule assessments, interviews for both clients and caregivers
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle phone calls from referrals sources and keep track of all incoming clients.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Manage office documentation and maintain filing systems
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members when required
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an office coordinator or similar position is a MUST
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using office software and equipment, including MS Office (google sheets, docs and Monday.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional and friendly demeanor
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
