The Office Manager will act as the right hand to the owner, wearing multiple hats and supporting the daily needs of the company including:
Office Administration
- Answer phones, assisting with customer questions and requests.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail.
- Monitor and reply to company email.
- Scheduling and calendar management.
- Draft letters and send quotes.
- Organize and maintain office files
- Daily scheduling
Accounting Support
- Enter bills in QuickBooks Online.
- Deposit checks in Quickbooks.
- Provide information and documents to Bookkeeper as needed.
Experience
- 2 years of office management experience
- Extremely organized with strong follow-through and task management skills.
- Comfortable working independently
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks is a must.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
