Job Description
Veneto Luce Inc is looking for an Office Administrator to assist in the day-to-day office tasks and support company operations by maintaining office systems. You will be working closely with the core aspects of the company and be invoiced in tasks such as coordinating meetings and client orders, Managing marketing online and phone calls, as well as basic accounting. For you to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who is highly organized, and a quick learner with the ability to adapt to the fast-paced working environment. The goal is to be organized and professional and we want to strive with you together!
Responsibilities:
- Managing office email address on day-to-day basis
- Scheduling meetings and attending meetings with team lead
- Create project proposals and invoices for clients
- Basic accounting asks and office administration tasks
- Organize and control email and phone call marketing
- Managing social media platforms such as Instagram and Pinterest
- Assist in day-to-day marketing
- Assist in the building of catalog pages in Adobe Creative Suites
- Assist team lead with office tasks whenever possible
Skills:
- Proven expertise in social media management
- A strong ability to stay organized and find order in files and tasks
- The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must know Microsoft Office
- Must know Indesign and Photoshop & Indesign
- Experience with client management software such as Monday.com is a plus
- Experience with Quickbooks is a plus.
