teleSys is a boutique technology firm, providing Advanced Solutions and Services for Multi-Generation Communication Networks. We are looking to hire an Office Administrator to support the COO. Our offices are based in San Mateo, CA. We are currently looking to bring someone onboard three days a week. We are a small office in San Mateo and the Office Administrator will play a key role in company culture and morale.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience working in an administrative capacity
- Operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Someone who is reliable and stable

- Ability to show and demonstrate on a consistent basis initiative, professionalism, poise and flexibility and work within an environment of frequent interruptions, conflicting priorities, and varying workloads
- Ability to observe strict confidentiality in all aspects of services provided
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface effectively with a wide variety of internal and external clients
- Highly developed written communication skills, including report writing, presentations, email correspondence and verbal communication skills, particularly in dealing with people of diverse backgrounds
- Proven ability to work independently
- Project management skills
- Strong organization and prioritization skills; demonstrated history of successfully managing multiple concurrent initiatives and maintaining one’s own workflow
- Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines
Our future OA should possess the following skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite required
- Proficient in Google applications - Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc. require
- Proficient in Quickbooks required
- Will handle general office management & coordinate office supply inventories.
- Assist with contract administration as needed including obtaining signatures, scanning and electronic filing.
Job Details: Flexible dates, 9am-5pm. Onsite.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
