Job Description
We are seeking a Project Administrator with construction knowledge to assist in our production office. This is a full-time position with possible overtime. Flexibility in your schedule may be necessary, attendance is high priority, training available.
Responsibilities
Input daily jobs and selections, lot and builder specific, into our Program for transparency within our team for billing and scheduling purpose
Process production sheets for our shop manager to ensure jobs are being fabricated by date specific
Review and process selections for new home construction pertaining to our specific trade
Work hand in hand with Construction Managers to ensure all measure and install dates are met via email or phone
The right level of assertiveness to ensure job is completed with correct selections and dates requested
Answering telephones in a timely and professional manner at all times
Ability to handle a medium to high volume emails and phone calls daily
Maintain the highest level of professionalism and customer centric attitude
Ability to work at computer all day, multi-task in between production time, phone calls and emails
Qualifications
Detail oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Professional Email (High Capacity)
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bi-Lingual Spanish/English helpful but not required
Knowledge of Construction Industry HUGE PLUS! (But not required)
