SalaryStone Fence Beverage is looking for a full time admin to provide office support, clerical, and daily bookkeeping tasks. Confidentiality, efficient time management, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential qualifications for this position, as is the ability to communicate clearly.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- General bookkeeping to include AR/AP and purchase orders
- Tracking shipments
- Reporting
- Monthly bank statement reconciliation.
- Weekly payroll processing
- Provide financial reporting as requested.
- General recording keeping (mainly in software and spreadsheets)
- Maintain an accurate and organized file system.
- Various accounting duties as requested.
- General office support as needed
Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday
Experience: Bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
About Stone Fence Beverage: We're a liquor and wine wholesaler focusing on craft brands and smaller independent wineries and distilleries. We operate throughout Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine. Our office is at the Mill West Business Park in Manchester, New Hampshire, across the street from Catholic Medical Center and St. Mary's Bank.
